Double locking with multiple functionality

Our Series TR 901, are manufactured using a double sheet steel structure which is insulated and reinforced with vertical omega steel stiffeners, a high security multi-point locking system with a Euro profile cylinder to operate the lock.
Available in a variety of sizes both standard and customized, the full range of panels are available to ensure a comprehensive product range.

High Security Multipoint Lock with Europrofile Cylinder; Secondary Cylinder
Controlled by just a single key, the locking system provides concurrent operation of a double locking bolt at the base, three on the center and two at the top (one horizontal and one vertical) of the closing side of the door leaf – the bolts themselves have been specially engineering to increase protection.
With the TR 901 there is a second Euro-profile cylinder which controls the security deadbolt in the center of the door leaf; it also blocks the main lock thereby providing the possibility of restricting access to, for example, house staff, service personnel or groups of employees.
Euro-profile Prestige cylinder and a hardened steel defender, the lock contains a patented device which will throw the lock in the event of attempted forced entry.
In the event of lost keys, replacement cylinders can be provided – it is the cylinder alone that requires replacement and this is not a complicated process.
Frame and Subframe
3mm rolled steel subframe with 12 fixing points horizontally and one vertically and adjustable boxes to ensure that the installation is plumb before the door leaves are hung.
A further feature, to ensure that the frame does not twist as a result of the weight of the door leaf, is an adjustable spacer between the main frame and the subframe at the bottom of each jamb.
Frames are finished with powder coated dark brown (RAL color finished also available including different colors internally and externally)

Coatings
